I recently stayed at a wonderful apartment on the Royal Mile. The apartment was spacious, with comfortable beds and the ability to control the temperature. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the old town. The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. The staff were attentive and quick to respond to any issues. it was one of the best apartments I have ever stayed in and I wouldn't hesitate to book again.
